coo coo cookies

I got myself a easter cookie stamp with a cute little rabbit face on it.. this is the recipe for delisious cookies. (it came with the stamp, so it is not my own. but you can see that I altered it as I did not have marzipan and it worked out just fine.)

250 gr flour (I used whole grain spelt flour)
150 gr butter
100 gr marzipan (I used ground almond and a spoon of butter plus 50 grams sugar additionally)
50 gr sugar (or 100 gr if you substitute the marzipan with almonds..)
1 package vanille sugar
1 eggyolk
1 pinch of salt
mix everything (first with a spoon, then with the hands) until a dough forms. put into fridge for half an hour. preheat oven to 175 degrees Celcius (air circulation 150°C). put stamp into some flour. form balls (size of a golf ball or a ping pong ball) and flatten it a bit with the hand. then stamp the cookie. put onto baking tray which has baking paper on. bake 12-15 minutes (no more!). when the cookies come out, they are still soft and crumbly but when they cool down, they become perfect.
clean silicone of the stamp (take off from wooden stamp before).
:) enjoy :)

furniture

ever thought you knew enough about furniture? think again! here is two very very cool ideas from germany. first let me introduce the wonderfully eco-friendly (and purse-friendly and back-friendly (when moving)) cardboard furniture! check it out here: cardboard furniture website then, there is a cool idea by a german designer who did create DIY (do it yourself) furniture for people with little space and money. sooooo brilliant. ok, the bed is a bit expensive and (in my opinion) quite difficult to make. but the seat for 24 Euros? great!! you find it here: DIY furniture
